🏕️ Terms & Conditions – Camp Spooky

Refunds

a. Refunds are available only if a cancellation request is received no later than 9 weeks prior to the event start date (7th October 2026).

b. Any cancellation requests made after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of circumstances.

c. All approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request.

d. Deposits are non-refundable.

Payment Terms

a. Full payment must be made by 5th August 2026.

b. Failure to complete payment by this date may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.

Payment Agreement

a. By paying the deposit, you agree to complete full payment by the stated deadline.

b. If full payment is not received by this date, your place may be released and your deposit retained, in line with the cancellation policy.

Photography & Video

a. By attending Camp Spooky, you consent to photography and video footage being captured during the event.

b. MCC Scotland reserves the right to use this content for promotional purposes across digital platforms, social media, and print materials.

Safety & Participation

a. Camp Spooky includes outdoor activities which carry an inherent level of risk, including (but not limited to): wild swimming, hiking, pumpkin carving, felting, use of the onsite sauna & more.

b. You are responsible for assessing your own physical fitness and suitability before participating.

c. While MCC Scotland will take all reasonable precautions to ensure safety, participants acknowledge that accidents and injuries may still occur.

d. You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by staff at all times.

e. Participation in all activities is optional, and you may choose to opt out of anything that feels outside your comfort level.

f. MCC Scotland is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Alcohol & Drug Policy

a. Alcohol must be consumed responsibly and in accordance with local laws.

b. The use of illegal drugs or prohibited substances is strictly forbidden.

c. MCC Scotland reserves the right to remove any participant in breach of this policy without refund.

d. Participants acknowledge that alcohol or substance use may increase the risk of injury or accidents.

e. MCC Scotland is not liable for any incidents resulting from the misuse of alcohol or drugs during the event.
