A good ghost, we mean. Not the sort that rattles chains and jumps out from behind doors.
Did you grow up watching films like Beetlejuice, Casper, The Addams Family, and Halloweentown with a strange sense of familiarity?
Did anyone ever call you a little odd… simply because you had a fondness for the spooky, the peculiar, or the delightfully strange?
We’re here to tell you why, dear one. It’s because you were always meant to haunt whimsically.
Not with fright or fear, but with mischief & creativity…
We’re talking the kind of ghost who leaves trails of glitter instead of goosebumps. The sort who drifts through the halls adding sprinkles of whimsy wherever they go.
And that is exactly what Camp Spooky is for.
At Camp Spooky, our newly departed spirits gather for an autumnal boot camp for ghosts, a place to learn the fine art of haunting with style. Through crafts, games, and spooky good fun, you’ll discover how to bring a little afterlife magic into the everyday.
So welcome, dear Ghosty.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT
Camp Spooky?
ACCOMODATION:
Camp Spooky is hosted exclusively at Comrie Croft in Crieff, where the Steading and the Farmhouse will welcome our gathering of ghosts.
Accommodation is in cosy shared dorms, with 4–6 beds per room (a mix of bunks and singles), each with its own ensuite.
As part of your registration, you’ll share a little about yourself so we can thoughtfully bunk you with like-minded ghosty girlies — the kind who are destined to become your new afterlife besties.
Never fear though, dear ghost our halls are perfectly safe and spirit-free.
After all, the only one haunting this house… is you.
ACTIVITIES:
Each full day of camp will be delightfully busy with a mix of indoor and outdoor adventures. From Haunting 101 and cryptid familiar felting to pumpkin carving and movies beneath the veil.
Spirits may also enjoy optional pastimes such as the onsite sauna, quiet reading in our haunted book nooks, board games, craft corners, and fireside gatherings, all leading up to a costume party and ghostly dance to close the week.
We shan’t reveal every secret of camp just yet… but remember, every activity is optional. This is your afterlife experience, dear ghostie!
FOOD, GLORIOUS FOOD!
Ghosts gotta eat, right?!
Breakfast, lunch and dinners are all provided by professional caterers.
Breakfasts are continental with a mix of granola, porridge, fruits, cereals & pastires.
Lunch will include filling & delicious sandwiches & salads and as for dinners…well, you’ll have to wait and see!
Vegetarians, vegans and gluten sensitivities will all be catered for too! (Please get in touch if you have further allergen questions!)

At camp, you won’t just be another face in the crowd. You’re the main character after all!
We’re all about creating tight-knit groups to make sure every moment is personalised, exciting, and absolutely bursting with joy. So get ready to dive in, make new friends, and soak up every second of your time with us!

From accommodation to activities, meals to memories, we've got you covered. No hidden fees, no surprise expenses.
Your ticket to this enchanting experience is just £950
With just a £250 deposit, you can secure your spot and start counting down the days until your autumnal getaway. The remaining balance isn't due until 9 weeks prior to camp, giving you plenty of time to plan and prepare.

Your ticket includes:
Private coach transfer to and from Edinburgh / Comrie Croft as well as transport to activities at camp.
3 nights of accommodation in either a bunk or single in a shared room of 3-6 ghosties with linen included. Ensuites are in every room and bathrooms and lodgings are tidied daily.
All of your meals including 3 lunches, 3 dinners and 3 breakfasts (BYO snacks!) Including options for gals with dietary restrictions.
All included and optional activities: camp games, nature hikes, use of the on site sauna, haunting 101, felting familiars, pumpkin carving self guided hikes, our campfire night & our Costume Party & Ghostie dance to wrap up our time together!
A registration portal with a full form for you to tell us more abut yourself to ensure you’re grouped with ghosts who like the same things as you! As well as a packing list, a more detailed schedule, access to meet campers before we head off and a post camp gallery of professionally shot images for you to download and share!

From unforgettable workshops to cozy campfires under the stars, there's something for everyone to discover.Your ticket to this scarily fun experience is just £950 – for all the incredible inclusions we've lined up (and trust us, there are plenty more surprises in store), you can secure your spot with a £250 deposit with the remainder due 9 weeks prior to the event (August 5th, 2026)
We also have options for payment plans, so please get in touch with us after you’ve secured your space and we can make that happen.

Can I attend with a friend?
You absolutely can and there will be an opportunity for you to let us know who you’re attending with after you’ve booked your place! We will do our best to ensure you gals are sharing a room too!
Please don’t forget this is a ladies only event, leave the boys behind for this one! 😉
Can i attend by myself?
We actually recommend you attend by yourself! A certain kind of magic happens when you take the leap into our spaces and show up as exactly who you want to be (without anyone elses pre conceived notions of who you are!) Over 95% of our attendees are solo adventurers, we challenge you be part of that 95%How large are the bunk beds?
Bunks comfortably fit an adult and have a privacy curtain for your own bubble of coziness, however for our extra tall girlies, single beds within the bunk rooms are an option too!What if I don’t live in Edinburgh?
The coach to and from camp will be departing and returning to Edinburgh, Charlottes Square. We strongly recommend you jump on the bus with us, but if it makes more sense to head to Crieff from where you are, please get in touch when you’ve registered and we can discuss alternatives!
Are there any age restrictions?
Camp Spooky is an 18+ event and the majority of our attendees range between 20-45!
Are there any fantasy elements to Camp Spooky?
Whilst some of our other events are more fantasy realm based, Camp Spooky is all about celebrating those cherished ‘weird’ films & experiences you loved growing up. Its kitchy, its quirky, it’s campy! We’re largely inspired by films like the Addams Family, Beetlejuice, anything by Tim Burton and Halloweentown!Will men be on site at camp?
All of our attendees and Camp Counsellors at Camp Spooky are women, but our caterers and some activity providers will be men. We endeavour to bring you the BEST experience at camp, which means hiring the best folks to work with us. These vendors are handpicked and completely understand the ethos of the MC club and add a valuable and safe energy to our events.
How physically active will camp be?
We consider ourselves lazy outdoors girlies here at the MCC. All outdoor included activities will require basic fitness, but nothing crazy! If you’re worried, please get in touch for us to clarify.
What is your refund / cancellation policy?Refunds:
We totally get it – sometimes plans change. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. If you’ve paid in full and need to cancel, we can review your booking and see what’s possible as long as you let us know at least 10 weeks before your event date. We’ll always do our best to help when plans take an unexpected turn.
Cancellation Policy:
Life happens, and we understand that. If you need to cancel within 10 weeks of your event date, refunds unfortunately aren’t guaranteed due to commitments already made with our vendors. But don’t worry – we’re still here to help explore any options that might work for you. Just reach out, and we’ll chat through the best path forward together.
