WE SUPPORT WOMENS WRONGS
and so should you…
Dearest one, don’t you feel that we’ve been lurking in the shadows for too long? Letting all the ‘heroes’ take all the glory after they foil our plans and make a mockery of us?
Do you not yearn for us to stop fighting amongst ourselves, to band our realm together and stand for what matters most?
Yes…us to…
On the 21st of May in the city of the undead, no less, we invite you to help us unify the realm. Pledge allegiance to your House, leave your ego to the side and join us in a celebration of all things decadent, delightful and of course, deadly.
For too long the realm's villains have been scattered, feuding over territory, plotting alone in cold towers, whispering curses into the dark with no one to hear them land. The heroes have had it easy.
Divided, we were never a threat. United, we are a reckoning.
So the call has gone out to every corner of the realm to the sorceress in her candlelit halls, the pirate queen who answers to no crown, the fae who trade in bargains no mortal should sign, the necromancer who has raised an army from the very ground beneath your feet.
One night. One city. One realm, finally whole.

When Villains & Vixens come to mind we think sultry, sexy, and of course a little deranged (all good dress codes are, aren’t they?)
To be in fitting with the theme we recommend:
Following the colour palette & vibe of your House so you’re easily identified by your fellow gals & ghouls
A full length gown is recommended to be fitting with the ball atmosphere, not not necessary if another vestment calls your name
A pair of comfortable dancing shoes (no villain loves a blister)
A small handbag to carry your personal effects (please leave your daggers at home)
A warm layer that can be checked into the coat room
Can I bring weapons / LARP props?
Please leave your weapons at home, dear Villain! This is your night off after all (and we don’t want to scare the mortals working at the event…well, maybe a little)Can I wear fairy wings?
Fairy wings are absolutely welcome, but consider your fellow guests and navigating the space with ease. Dancing with your fellow Villains will be tricky if your wingspan is…extensive. -
Mansfield Traqauir House is conveniently located in central Edinburgh, meaning public transport, cabs and ubers are the recommended transport options.
We do not recommend driving as street parking is limited at the venue.
-
Mansfield Traquair House is an accessible venue, with ramps at the entrance and a lift down to the lower level and bathrooms. There are two sets of bathrooms on-site, both women-only.
-
Can I bring my boyfriend / husband / male of choice?
At the MCC we pride ourselves on curating womens only spaces, meaning now is the chance to leave your man behind and spend an evening in the company of glorious women from across the globe! We take this pretty seriously at MCC, and there will be security at the event, so please leave boys at home (or in a dungeon somewhere)
How many tickets can I purchase?

Please feel free to approach our photographers to ask for a photo of you or a group of your fellow villains!Photographs will be sent out in a digital gallery within 4 weeks of the event for you to download and share!

Over 95% of our attendees are solo adventurers, we challenge you be part of that 95%.Can I connect with other attendees before the event?
