By purchasing a ticket to the Villains & Vixens Ball, 21st May 2027, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility & Age Verification
This is a women's only, 18+ event. Photographic ID will be required on entry to confirm your age. Guests who cannot provide valid photographic ID, or who are under 18, will be refused entry with no refund issued.

2. Tickets & Early Access
Armoury members receive 24-hour early access to tickets ahead of general sale, via a direct link and unique access code sent to members, along with a member discount.
If the event sells out during Armoury early access, it will not be released to general public sale. In this case, tickets will only become available via our official resale platform (see Section 3).

3. Refunds & Resale
All ticket sales are final — no refunds will be issued for change of mind, inability to attend, or failure to meet entry requirements (see Sections 1 and 4). If you can no longer attend, you may resell your ticket via Tixel, our official and reputable resale partner. We do not accept responsibility for tickets bought or sold outside of this platform, and cannot guarantee entry for tickets purchased through unofficial or unauthorised channels.

In the event that circumstances beyond our control require us to change the date of the Ball, we will aim to postpone rather than cancel. Your ticket will automatically be honoured for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may resell your ticket via Tixel as above.

Refunds will only be offered if Main Character Club is required to cancel the Ball outright with no rescheduled date offered, or if a new date has not been confirmed within 12 months of the original event date. In either case, ticket holders will be offered a full refund of the ticket price paid.

We are not able to offer refunds or compensation for any associated costs such as travel, accommodation, or outfits, whether the event proceeds as planned, is postponed, or is cancelled.

4. Prohibited Items
No drugs, alcohol, or weapons of any kind — including LARP or costume weapons — are permitted on site. Guests found in possession of any of the above will be refused entry or removed from the venue without refund.

5. Activities & Participation
The Ball includes a range of experiences that carry an inherent level of physical risk, including but not limited to, dancing & licensed bar service. Participation in all activities is voluntary. Guests are responsible for assessing their own fitness and health prior to joining any activity, and must follow all safety guidance provided by our team at all times.
Main Character Club shall not be liable for injuries or accidents except in cases of gross negligence.

6. Photography & Filming
By attending the Ball, you consent to being photographed and filmed throughout the event. This content may be used for promotional purposes including social media, our website, and print materials for future events.
If you have specific concerns, please raise them with the team prior to the event.

7. Code of Conduct
All guests are expected to treat fellow attendees, staff, and venue personnel with respect. Any behaviour that disrupts the experience or creates an unsafe environment may result in removal from the venue without refund.
Zero tolerance applies to bullying, harassment, or discrimination of any kind.

8. Schedule
The running order is subject to change due to weather, venue access, or other circumstances outside our control. Where changes are necessary, we'll do our best to offer alternatives of equal quality.

9. Entry Requirements
Entry is subject to presentation of a valid ticket and valid photographic ID. Guests may be asked to present both at multiple points during entry.
